1. Scope of Work:

   • Estimating and preparation of a Forest Reference Emission Level (FREL) calculation report.

   • Public discussion and FREL estimation training, including preparing experts who can be speakers in public discussions and FREL estimation training.

   • Preparation of Safeguard Information System

   • Reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD+) strategies, including but not limited to estimating the contribution of regional activities to emission reductions.

   • Registration of strategy documents (REDD +) into the national registration system

   • Approaches for Measurement, Monitoring and Reporting on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation
